Fourteen years ago, from day one, Glow shook things up with an integrated approach: Yoga for mobility, balance and peace, Pilates and Resistance Strength Training for stability and power, and Massage for reducing pain, inflammation, fostering recovery and balance. This powerful trio was the heart, the unique method of Glow Yoga & Wellness, and it’s still what makes us so effective today. Natasha created Glow with a very specific vision - for the neighborhood community to have access to the life-changing trio that turned things around for her. After years of struggling with chronic neck pain, it was this trio of modalities recommended by her doctor, that helped her heal and reclaim her life.

A+B OF LIFELONG WELLNESS: HOW TO DESIGN YOUR IDEAL ROUTINE

A. If your goal is to build strength and flexibility: please book Glow Flow, Barre, Mat Pilates, and KettleBuns classes 2-3 times a week. These 4 classes are all resistance strength training blended with dynamic stretching. For sustainability, it's best to mix them up, do not only take Flow, or only Barre, or only KettleBuns. To gain strength and muscle density - taking 3 strength classes a week gives the best results. Strength Training is essential for powerful aging.

B. To prevent burnout, tension-pain-inflammation buildup, anxiety, insomnia and restlessness: enjoy a monthly Massage with Red Light at our Spa, PLUS 2-3 weekly classes:

Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Soft Flow, Myo TuneUp Massage, Restore+Reiki, Meditation. We host decadent Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin on Fridays 4:30p, and Yin Yoga+SoundBath on Thursdays 6:30p - both of those are a must for recovery!

Format: 100% floor mat. 50 minutes.

Glow Kettlebuns is an original Glow class that blends kettlebells, resistance bands, and smart bodyweight sequences that target your largest muscle groups and build your bones, muscle density and cardiovascular stamina. According to the latest science, strong legs are responsible for our metabolism, heart, brain, and hormonal health — legs do much more than carry us. Mounting research shows that leg strength is a powerful predictor of lifespan and functional independence.

All levels welcome - move at your own pace, with plenty of guidance and zero pressure. Just strength, smiles, and good vibes.

Format: 70% standing, 30% on the mat. 50 minutes.

On Wednesdays at 11:11a Clearing Meditation will take you on a inner guided journey with reciting mantras and visualizing colors.

On Thursdays at 6:30p Yin Yoga with SoundBath Meditation is a perfect way to unwind from your week. Click on any class in our Schedule to read details of each class.

On Sundays 3:30p, Restorative Yoga+Reiki Touch meditation is combined with gentle realigning postures. Class always begins with Pranayama, and every pose lasts about 15 minutes, giving you a perfect time slot to meditate, recite offered affirmations, or simply observe on your breathing.

- Our Meditation classes are essential for mental clarity, self-awareness and reducing the dangers of unconscious stress. These classes cover all 7 Limbs of Yoga besides the Asana. In medicine they're called Mental Hygiene, or Stress Reducing Mindfulness. Mindfulness practice is a missing key to a wide-spread anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, conflict and burnout. In our classes we teach you a toolbox of techniques to soothe your nervous system to activate a peaceful 😌 parasympathetic state and connect to your peaceful presence. - To book a relaxing Spa treatment, simply visit our Spa Page >, where you'll find a decadent array of services to choose from. We'll ask you to prepay for your appointment when booking.

- Use the same Account Login as you use for classes. And, if you've never been to Glow, you will create your account, save your password & start booking massages, facials, and classes - all in one place. You will be able to modify/reschedule all of your reservations according to our cancellation policies:

• 48h for Spa appointments. $50 fee for late-canceled/rescheduled within 48h. The prepaid appointment will be saved for future use - simply log in to your account to rebook.

• 24h for Red Light appointments. $20 fee for late-cancel or no-show.

• Red light visits are limited to a maximum of 1 visit per day.

- To Modify or Cancel your appointment early, login your Account using Mindbody App, or via our Spa Page, and head to My Info/My Schedule > To reschedule - you will need to cancel your appointment first.

- Communication is important to our therapists - please don't hesitate to speak about your needs for the best healing results.

- You can leave a TIP using your credit card, just ask our receptionist upon your arrival.

- Late Arrivals: please notify us when running late to make sure the therapist knows. Late appointments will still be finished at a scheduled time to be considerate to the neighbor scheduled after you.

- We may raise prices on services and memberships with a 30-day advanced notice.

- First things first: please read the terms of your Autopay Agreement by heading to your full-featured Mindbody Account via the yellow Schedule > Button in any Browser on your computer, not an app. Our staff can not see any more information than you can see in your Account.

- All Memberships can be paused for 1-3 months (not less than 1 month) twice a year with minimum 2 weeks email (or webchat) notice to avoid re-enrollment fees. The pause fee is $15.

- Login using your computer (not a phone), and head to My Info Tab / Account. To read your Autopay Agreement, scroll down for Autopays. Click 'View' to read your Agreement. All your digitally signed Autopay Contracts are saved there. If you do not see Autopay there - your pass does not auto-renew.

- All 2025 Memberships can be canceled by heading to your Mindbody Account via the yellow Schedule > Button in any Browser, not an app. The yellow 'Schedule' button is located on every page of our website. See image above for 3 steps on how to cancel.

- On the day you terminate, you will lose the access to booking any unused classes and appointments. We recommend you cancel after you used up all your desired services.

- Please give us minimum 2 weeks notice via email or web chat for any changes done by our team: to pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership.

- Our 2024 and prior Memberships require a 30-day cancellation email before your next charge: we do not take any cancellation requests via phone or in person. Please use our email to schedule your cancellation a minimum of 30 days ahead of your next renewal and allow 30 days for cancellation confirmation email response.

- Instead of cancelling for travel or recovery, we recommend you to continue your self-care with our daily Live Home Workouts and Stretches at 7:30a.

- In case of membership cancellation for any reason, you will have to pay the $40 enrollment fee to restart. To avoid paying the enrollment fees - you may pause your Membership for minimum 1 month twice a year.

- If you missed your cancellation window, you can exchange your final renewal charge of unused membership on a 10-20 class pack with 12 month expiration - send us a chat note.

- In case you can't use your paid unused month and it is still active (not expired) - feel free to gift your membership to a friend or a neighbor by sending us a chat note to transfer.

- We may raise prices on services and memberships with a 30-day advanced notice.

- Please be conscious and kind, read carefully the legal contract agreements your enter anywhere, manage your accounts mindfully, and take responsibility for your part: do no harm, earn positive karma. Our website does not allow any purchases without your acceptance of the autopay agreement.

- All sales are final. No refunds are allowed on used, unused, missed canceled services, products, and memberships.

- We're a shoe-free minimum-waste studio. No shoes inside - even the bathrooms - we take them off as we enter. No single-use plastic bottles are allowed inside. Bring only reusable bottles or nothing - we have a water cooler with paper cups.

- Our powerful HVAC is bringing fresh outside air in, plus we open our windows to continually ventilate the rooms.

- Our team and members stay home with any cold-flu symptoms. Running nose - sore throat - coughing - please rest and heal first.
