Fourteen years ago, from day one, Glow shook things up with an integrated approach: Yoga for mobility, balance and peace, Pilates with Resistance Strength Training for stability and power, and Massage for reducing pain, inflammation, fostering recovery and balance. This powerful trio was the heart, the unique method of Glow Yoga & Wellness, and it’s still what makes us so effective today. Natasha created Glow with a very specific vision - for the neighborhood community to have access to the life-changing trio that turned things around for her. If you’ve ever wondered why we do things differently at Glow, this is the reason: this wasn’t just a business idea; it was personal. After years of struggling with chronic neck pain, it was this trio of modalities recommended by her doctor, that helped her heal and reclaim her life.

- Online reservations are a must (no surprise guests allowed). We don't assist with reservations via email/phone. - Please plan to show up at least 5 minutes early, or better, 10 minutes early! Make some tea, sit down, enjoy our foot massager, make a new friend. - Yoga Class temperature🌡️ is set at 75°F, like a perfect summer day to melt away all your tension. We don't heat the room for KettleBuns, Pilates and Barre classes. During the heat waves, we use AC ❄️ to keep you comfortable and cool like a cucumber.
A+B OF LIFELONG WELLNESS: HOW TO DESIGN YOUR IDEAL ROUTINE
A. If your goal is to build strength and flexibility: please book Glow Flow, Barre, Pilates, and KettleBuns classes 2-3 times a week. These 4 classes are all resistance strength training blended with dynamic stretching. For sustainability, it's best to mix them up, do not only take Flow, or only Barre, or only KettleBells. To gain strength and muscle density - taking 3 strength classes a week gives the best results. Strength Training is essential for powerful aging.
B. For recovery, clearing burnout, tension-pain-inflammation buildup, anxiety, insomnia, or restlessness: enjoy a monthly Massage with Red Light at our Spa, PLUS 2-3 weekly classes: our decadent Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin on Fridays 4:30p, SoundBaths on Thursdays 6:30p, as well as weekly Hatha Yoga, Recovery Lab with Massage, Restore+Reiki, and Meditation classes.
