We hope you start including your favorite people to your weekly self care routine and finally solve your social life vs healthy life dilemma. All members, and 8+ Pack holder can book classes for guests with a $20 discounted fee, though advance reservations are required, otherwise drop-in guests will pay $35 drop-in fees. To book for a guest, a member needs be booked for the same class first.To reserve a class or an appointment for your GUEST: 1. Book your own class first. Then, login to Full Mindbody Account via any browser >   Please bookmark your Glow MB account page.  You can always find this page via button 'BRINING A GUEST? PLEASE BOOK HERE'  on our Schedule Page below class schedule. 2. Choose your class or spa appointment. During reservation, you will see an option 'Reserve For Someone Else'. 3. Type out your guest's full name and make a purchase. Choose the best pricing option shown.4. All Monthly Members as well as 8-50 Pack holders can reserve for guests at $20 rate, unlimited amount. This does not apply to any workshops or special events. 5. If you're Golden Glow Member and you have unused guest passes - it will apply the guest pass automatically. Head to your Account /Passes Tab to see any remaining passes and their expiration dates. Read your Autopay Agreement on the bottom of Account Page. Monthly guest passes expire in 30 days and do not accumulate - please bring your besties or coworkers to class before dinner or lunch. 5 Things We Ask of You: Glow Etiquette

We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone who does not align with our 5 Values:

1. Ahimsa: being respectful of our business policies, our members, and our staff. Advance online reservations are required for all visits

2. Asteya: never stealing others' peace by arriving 5 minutes before class, following along with the class to your best abilities, staying for Savasana, and by not bringing Phones inside the classroom. Once class begins and classroom door is closed - no latecomers are allowed in

3. Saucha: cleanliness. We wipe down and neatly place back all equipment we use. We leave no spots behind. We never bring single-use plastic bottles. And we take shoes off, including inside bathrooms

4. Santosha: peaceful presence. Use a quiet, zen voice in the reception. Your Phone is on Silence & Away from sight

5. Svadyaya: self-study, personal responsibility and growth mindset. Please always refer to our FAQ page for any questions on how to use and manage your memberships and reservations. Be open to learn new ways of being, behaving, and caring for yourself and others

For example, if you’re on Shimmer Glow 8 Classes and need more self-care time, you can upgrade to Golden Glow Unlimited Membership 2 weeks before it renews and enjoy unlimited workouts livestream and in-studio.- First things first: please note that the price of all Glow memberships already assumes that you will miss 6-8 weeks a year, so we kindly ask that you avoid canceling or pausing your membership as your membership helps us sustain the quality of our classes, support the livelihood of the teachers you love, fund our Monthly self-care rewards, and cover our yearly operating costs. Think of Glow as a local public wellness broadcasting!- Your Membership can be paused for 1-3 months for travel, recovery, or busy seasons, with a minimum 2 weeks email/webchat notice to avoid re-enrollment fees. Meet Natasha 
Born and raised in a small town in Belarus, Natasha grew up long before wellness was trendy. Her childhood was filled with farm chores, piano lessons, and endless hours playing outside, roaming the forests surrounding her hometown. She spent summers helping her grandparents harvest strawberries, care for animals, make jams, and concoct herbal remedies.Alongside farm life, Natasha attended a seven-year classical piano program, where she learned patience, discipline, and the art of practicing something long before you're good at it. Her grandparents, both teachers, taught her the values of service, generosity, lifelong learning, and showing up even when the roosters beat you to the alarm clock.After leaving her home country, she found herself living with chronic pain, a deep sense of loneliness, and a lack of purpose.  In her pain recovery process, she studied and trained in Bhakti Yoga, Engaged Yin, Pilates, Mindfulness and Breathwork, and graduated from the Spiritual Psychology program at the University of Santa Monica. She started to dream of a supportive community that felt like home. It was through yoga, fitness, and the caring connections that came with it that she began to feel like herself again. On Mon, Wed and Fri at 7:15a you can join in-studio or Livestream Clearing Meditation  -  30-minute morning practice to help you start each day with clarity. Our simple sequence of gentle stretches, breathwork, and guided meditation will cleanse your mind of yesterday, leaving you with the new day's energy to focus, pursue, and accomplish your dreams.

Top-notch hygiene and cleanliness are co-created with our members.- To use our Yoga Mats  - please place a clean Mat Towel on top of our yoga mat to keep mat clean. We sell mats $60, Mat Towel $45, and Rent Yoga Mat+Mat Towel $5.​- We're a shoe-free minimum-waste studio. No shoes inside - even the bathrooms - we take them off as we enter. No single-use plastic bottles are allowed inside. Bring only reusable bottles or nothing - we have a water cooler with paper cups. - Our powerful HVAC is bringing fresh outside air in, plus we open our windows to continually ventilate the rooms. - Our team and members stay home with any cold-flu symptoms. Running nose - sore throat - coughing - please rest and heal first.- We disinfect door handles, water dispensers, and all touch surfaces with anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial solutions. Our floor cleaning solution has always been anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial.​- We laundry our yoga straps, bolsters, straps, and blankets regularly. ​- We offer Glow On-Demand, and you can join our  Livestream Zoom classes daily at 7:30a safely from home when not feeling well and during travel.
