This training is open to both yoga students and teachers, available in-person or via livestream. Over the 2 months, take your yoga practice to new heights through this comprehensive masterclass designed to build the strength, stability, and confidence needed to press into inversions. Led by Katrina, this course provides hands-on adjustments, personalized feedback, modifications, and playful opportunities to advance your skills.

Series is scheduled weekly over 2 months, with a class break every 3rd Sunday:

March 9 • Arm Balance Takeoff Session 12PM-2PM

March 23 • Training 2: 12PM-1:30PM

March 30 • Training 3:  12PM-1:30PM

April 6 • Training 4:  12PM-1:30PM

Apri 13 • Training 5:  12PM-1:30PM

April 27 • Training 6:  12PM-1:30PM

 

What to expect on March 9th: 
Kick off the series with a session introducing the methods and foundational drills needed to press into crow, twisted roots, tititbasana, and astavakrasana. Build awareness, control, and confidence as you prepare for the weeks ahead.

 

Supplemental Training
The five 90-minute sessions refine your practice with opportunities to solidify skills, receive valuable feedback, and celebrate milestones. Each session includes homework and drills to repeat at home, ensuring steady progress.

 

Yoga Alliance Credits

Attendees who complete the full series (all 6 sessions) will receive 10 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits with 2 Additional requirements:

  • Attend 2 publicly scheduled classes with Katrina (in-person or via Zoom).
  • Submit a short video demonstrating 5 required drills for peak poses.
