Glow is a SAFE wellness club: Skeletally Appropriate For Everyone. We welcome people of all ages because strengthening paired with tension and stress release is key for feeling best in our body.  If you dream of a self-care routine that lasts you a lifetime - Glow is your perfect place. We are known for fitness with a holistic approach and our friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. 

To increase muscle-bone density, we recommend our challenging resistance-based 360°Barre and 360°Pilates classes. Our resistance tools create heavy-weight training (5-300lb) yet are very safe for your joints and back, and are a much-needed Strength Training option for people of all ages and levels.

Craving deep stretches? Our Yin Yoga, and Soft Flow+Foamrolling, Soft Flow+ classes address your chronic tension, flexibility, and range of motion. These classes feel like Spa Day, and are also excellent for beginners, pregnant students, and all special conditions.

REDUCING BURNOUT & ANXIETY

Slowing down is key to preventing burnout, anxiety, and sleeping disorders. If your life seems too fast right now,  please join us at least once a week for Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation classes. On Thursdays and Fridays, we host decadent Happy Hour Retreats with Yin Yoga, Hot Stones, and SoundBath Meditation.
