Meet Natasha Born and raised in a small Belarusian town, Natasha grew up surrounded by forest, music, and garden. Her family harvested most of their food, mushroom-hunted every fall, and she spent summers on her grandmother’s farm weeding strawberries, caring for animals, making jams, and blending herbal health potions. Helping around the farm of her grandparents who were full time teachers during the school year, shaped her values of discipline to wake up with the roosters, being of service, learning, and building community. A classically trained pianist, a student of Judo and a business-school graduate, Natasha sees strength as something rooted in gentleness, patience, steadiness and drive to grow.

After leaving her home country, she dreamed of finding freedom and a supportive community that feels like home. After 5 years of arriving in the U.S., she found herself living with chronic pain, sense of loneliness, and lacking a purpose, and it was through fitness and caring connections that came with it, she began to feel better.

In her recovery process, she studied and trained in Bhakti Yoga, Engaged Yin, and Pilates, and graduated from the Spiritual Psychology program at the University of Santa Monica. Those teachings became the foundation of her life’s work: a practice of uniting body, mind, and spirit with compassion and purpose. She opened Glow Yoga & Wellness as a sanctuary where people can find the same strength, peace, and sense of belonging.

For more than fourteen years, Glow has offered an intentional, heart-centered approach to wellness - blending the power of resistance training with yoga and the recovery benefits of massage.

Now after 20 years of being here, Natasha is still and always in love with San Francisco and it's unique beauty, resilience, and spirit of advocating for the greater good. She is devoted to making this city even more vibrant, healthy and neighborly.

- Yoga Class temperature🌡️ is set at 75°F, like a perfect summer day to melt away all your tension. We don't heat the room for KettleBuns, Pilates and Barre classes. During the heat waves, we use AC ❄️ to keep you comfortable and cool like a cucumber.

A. If your goal is to build strength and flexibility: please book Glow Flow, Barre, Pilates, and KettleBuns classes 2-3 times a week. These 4 classes are all resistance strength training blended with dynamic stretching. For sustainability, it's best to mix them up, do not only take Flow, or only Barre, or only KettleBuns. To gain strength and muscle density - taking 3 strength classes a week gives the best results. Strength Training is essential for powerful aging.

B. For recovery, clearing burnout, tension-pain-inflammation buildup, anxiety, insomnia, or restlessness: enjoy a monthly Massage with Red Light at our Spa, PLUS 2-3 weekly classes: our decadent Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin on Fridays 4:30p, and SoundBaths on Thursdays 6:30p, as well as weekly Hatha Yoga, TuneUp Massage, Restore+Reiki, and Meditation classes. - Glow is a SAFE wellness club: Skeletally Appropriate For Everyone. We welcome people of all ages because strengthening paired with tension and stress release is key for feeling best in our body.

- Glow massages & facials are essential pleasure-driven stress-eliminating care: circulation is key to cellular renewal, healing pain, and inflammation.

- Glow Flow is all-level heated strengthening Vinyasa yoga class with always creative sequences, planks, core work, downdogs, one-legged balancing poses and a variety of advanced poses introduced in every class. Our unique strength training program is offered for a safer and much needed option for people of all ages, levels, and all special conditions. Our resistance tools like bands, Pilates Circles and kettlebells create custom weight variable from 1-100lb making it very friendly on your joints and back. Whether you're 25 or 75, these mindful core workouts are like the magic potion for balancing our hormones and preventing and rehabbing chronic pain.

1. Glow Barre is a fiery 🔥 mix of Pilates, Barre, and Resistance to boost your muscle-bone density 360 degrees around all 360 joints. This unique combo helps you build muscles without giving your joints a reason to complain. This class is a thoughtful solution to common back pain, knee pain, neck-shoulders pain, sciatica, injuries, and fatigue.

2. Glow Pilates is where burn meets control. This class offers more advanced, precision-focused movements to develop control, stabilize and build your muscle-bone density 360 degrees around all 360 joints. Our signature class blends Resistance Strength Training with Pilates to target absolutely every muscle in your core, legs, glutes, back, neck, shoulders, arms, and all those crucial joint-stabilizing muscles you didn't know existed. This challenging Pilates workout is the magic potion for improving athletic performance, chronic pain rehab, improving your posture, balancing hormones, and vibrant aging.

3. Glow KettleBuns is Glow’s original strength training class - a sweaty, feel-good fusion of kettlebells (5-60lb) and resistance bands designed to build real strength, power, and stamina.

You’ll train your major muscle groups, legs, glutes, arms, and core through classic, functional movements with progressive load - the kind that builds bone density, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance for life.

Science says: strong legs support metabolism, heart, brain, and hormonal health. We say: strong legs carry us through San Francisco’s hills, seasons, and challenges with balance and grace.

All levels and ages welcome - move at your own pace, with plenty of guidance and zero pressure. Just strength, smiles, and good vibes.

Format: 70% standing, 30% on the mat. 45-50 minutes.

- Grippy socks are required for these 3 classes, you can purchase them when you arrive.

To reserve a class or an appointment for your GUEST:

1. Click yellow Schedule > button here, or on top of every page - then Sign In.

2. Click Top Right Corner - Menu Box and choose Classes or Spa. Then click what you'd like to Reserve, and you will see an option 'Reserve For Someone Else'.

3. Type out your guest's full name and make a purchase. Choose the best pricing option shown.

4. All Monthly Members as well as 8-10-20-50 Pass holders can reserve for guests at $20 rate, unlimited amount. This does not apply to any workshops or special events.

5. If you're on Golden Glow Membership and your account has unused guest passes - it will apply the guest pass automatically. Head to your Account /Passes Tab to see any remaining passes and their expiration dates. Read your Autopay Agreement on the bottom of Account Page. Monthly guest passes expire in 30 days and do not accumulate - please bring your besties or coworkers to class before dinner or lunch. SHARING YOUR PASS - SETUP

Glowing Buds, and 20-50 Class Pass holders can permanently share their pass with 1 family member or 1 house mate. To set that up, please have them first create their own account, then email us to request sharing. Once sharing is setup, your family member will need to make their own class reservations via their personal account using your shared pass. They're no longer your 'guests', and they now are responsible for booking and cancelling their reservations, as well as late-cancel-missed class fees*.

*You can change your sharing partner with 2-weeks -days advance notice via email or webchat.

*Please be aware of our 2h cancellation policies for Classes, 24 for Events, and 48h for Spa Appointments.

On Wednesdays at 1:11p Clearing Chakra Meditation will take you on a inner guided journey with reciting mantras and visualizing colors. You're offered to lay down in a restorative pose for most amount of rest and comfort.

On Thursdays at 6:30p SoundBath Bliss is a perfect way to unwind from your week. Click on any class in our Schedule to read full details of each class.

On Sundays 3:30p, Restorative Yoga+Reiki Touch meditation is combined with gentle realigning postures and Reiki touch. Class begins with Pranayama, and every pose lasts about 15 minutes, giving you a perfect time slot to meditate, recite offered affirmations, or simply observe on your breathing.

On Mon, Wed and Fri at 7:15a you can join in-studio or Livestream Clearing Meditation - 30-minute morning practice to help you start each day with clarity. Our simple sequence of gentle stretches, breathwork, and guided meditation will cleanse your mind of yesterday, leaving you with the new day's energy to focus, pursue, and accomplish your dreams.

All our Meditation classes above are essential for mental clarity, self-awareness and reducing the dangers of unconscious stress. These classes cover all 7 Limbs of Yoga besides the Asana. In medicine they're called Mental Hygiene, or Stress Reducing Mindfulness. Mindfulness practice is a missing key to a wide-spread anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, conflict and burnout. In our classes we teach you a toolbox of techniques to soothe your nervous system to activate a peaceful 😌 parasympathetic state and connect to your peaceful presence. - First things first: please note that the price of all Glow memberships already assumes that you will miss 6-8 weeks a year, so we kindly ask that you avoid canceling or pausing your membership as your membership helps us sustain the quality of our classes, support the livelihood of the teachers you love, and cover our yearly operating costs. Think of Glow as a local public wellness broadcasting!

- Some Memberships can be paused for 1-2 months (see your agreement) once year with a minimum 2 weeks email/webchat notice to avoid re-enrollment fees. The pause fee is $15. Instead of pausing your membership while traveling or unable to come in, you can continue your progress with our daily Live Home Workouts and Myofascial Rollouts at 7:30a.

- Please know that our staff does NOT take any cancellations requests in person or via phone. They also can not see any more information than you can see in your Account. All membership change requests must be submitted minimum 2 weeks via email/webchat. To see your contract agreement, please login using Mindbody APP, or use your computer (not a phone), and head to full-featured version of your account - head to My Info Tab / Account.

To read/Cancel your Autopay Agreement, scroll down for Contracts (see image below). Click 'View' to read your Agreement. All your digitally signed Autopay Contracts are saved there. If you do not see Autopay there - your pass does not auto-renew.

- All 2025 Memberships can be Terminated via all our Apps and Schedules. Option 1: head to your full Mindbody Account in any Browser. The yellow 'Schedule' button is located on every page of our website. See image above for the steps on how to cancel. Please click button TERMINATE (not 'Cancel Auto-renewal').

- Your Option 2: Terminate using Mindbody App. Click on your Profile - Settings Wheel - Manage or Cancel Contracts (See image/arrow below). Please click button TERMINATE (not 'Cancel Auto-renewal')

- Please be aware that you will have to pay the $40 Enrollment Fees to restart your membership.

- Please give us minimum 2 weeks notice via email or web chat for any changes done by our team: to pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership.

- Our 2024 and prior Memberships require a 30-day cancellation email before your next charge: we do not take any cancellation requests via phone or in person. Please use our email to schedule your cancellation a minimum of 30 days ahead of your next renewal and allow 30 days for cancellation confirmation email response.

- If you missed your cancellation window, you can exchange your final renewal charge of unused membership on a regularly priced 20 class pack with 12 month expiration - send us a chat note.

- In case you can't use your paid unused month and it is still active (not expired) - feel free to gift your membership to a friend or a neighbor by sending us a chat note to transfer.

- We may raise prices on services and memberships with a 30-day advanced notice.

- Please be conscious and kind, read carefully the legal contract agreements your enter anywhere, manage your accounts mindfully, and take responsibility for your part: do no harm, earn positive karma. Our website does not allow any purchases without your acceptance of the autopay agreement.

- All sales are final. No refunds are allowed on used, unused, missed canceled services, products, and memberships.

- We're a shoe-free minimum-waste studio. No shoes inside - even the bathrooms - we take them off as we enter. No single-use plastic bottles are allowed inside. Bring only reusable bottles or nothing - we have a water cooler with paper cups.

- Our powerful HVAC is bringing fresh outside air in, plus we open our windows to continually ventilate the rooms.

- Our team and members stay home with any cold-flu symptoms. Running nose - sore throat - coughing - please rest and heal first.
