Meet Natasha Born and raised in a small Belarusian town, Natasha grew up surrounded by forest, music, and garden. Her family harvested most of their food, mushroom-hunted every fall, and she spent summers on her grandmother’s farm weeding strawberries, caring for animals, making jams, and blending herbal health potions. Helping around the farm of her grandparents who were full time teachers during the school year, shaped her values of discipline to wake up with the roosters, being of service, learning, and building community. A classically trained pianist, a student of Judo and a business-school graduate, Natasha sees strength as something rooted in gentleness, patience, steadiness and drive to grow.

After leaving her home country, she dreamed of finding freedom and a supportive community that feels like home. After 5 years of arriving in the U.S., she found herself living with chronic pain, sense of loneliness, and lacking a purpose, and it was through fitness and caring connections that came with it, she began to feel better.

In her recovery process, she studied and trained in Bhakti Yoga, Engaged Yin, and Pilates, and graduated from the Spiritual Psychology program at the University of Santa Monica. Those teachings became the foundation of her life’s work: a practice of uniting body, mind, and spirit with compassion and purpose. She opened Glow Yoga & Wellness as a sanctuary where people can find the same strength, peace, and sense of belonging.

For more than fourteen years, Glow has offered an intentional, heart-centered approach to wellness - blending the power of resistance training with yoga and the recovery benefits of massage.

Now after 20 years of being here, Natasha is still and always in love with San Francisco and it's unique beauty, resilience, and spirit of advocating for the greater good. She is devoted to making this city even more vibrant, healthy and neighborly.

- Yoga Class temperature🌡️ is set at 75°F, like a perfect summer day to melt away all your tension. We don't heat the room for KettleBuns, Pilates and Barre classes. During the heat waves, we use AC ❄️ to keep you comfortable and cool like a cucumber.

A+B OF LIFELONG WELLNESS: HOW TO DESIGN YOUR IDEAL ROUTINE

A. If your goal is to build strength and flexibility: please book Glow Flow, Barre, Pilates, and KettleBuns classes 2-3 times a week. These 4 classes are all resistance strength training blended with dynamic stretching. For sustainability, it's best to mix them up, do not only take Flow, or only Barre, or only KettleBuns. To gain strength and muscle density - taking 3 strength classes a week gives the best results. Strength Training is essential for powerful aging.

B. For recovery, clearing burnout, tension-pain-inflammation buildup, anxiety, insomnia, or restlessness: enjoy a monthly Massage with Red Light at our Spa, PLUS 2-3 weekly classes: our decadent Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin on Fridays 4:30p, and SoundBaths on Thursdays 6:30p, as well as weekly Hatha Yoga, TuneUp Massage, Restore+Reiki, and Meditation classes. - We do not accept class/event/spa cancellations/reschedules via email/chat/phone. Please login to your account via any of the 3 ways above to book/cancel your reservations within the Cancellation Window. To reschedule - you will need to cancel first, then rebook.

- Craving deep stretches? Our Hatha, Yin+Hot Stones, Myofascial TuneUp classes will erase your chronic tension, boost flexibility and range of motion. These classes feel like Spa Day, and are also excellent for beginners, pregnant students and all special conditions.

- Glow is a SAFE wellness club: Skeletally Appropriate For Everyone. We welcome people of all ages because strengthening paired with tension and stress release is key for feeling best in our body.

- Glow massages & facials are essential pleasure-driven stress-eliminating care: circulation is key to cellular renewal, healing pain, and inflammation.

- Glow Flow is all-level heated strengthening Vinyasa yoga class with always creative sequences, planks, core work, downdogs, one-legged balancing poses and a variety of advanced poses introduced in every class. SHARING YOUR PASS - SETUP

Glowing Buds, and 20-50 Class Pass holders can permanently share their pass with 1 family member or 1 house mate. To set that up, please have them first create their own account, then email us to request sharing. Once sharing is setup, your family member will need to make their own class reservations via their personal account using your shared pass. They're no longer your 'guests', and they now are responsible for booking and cancelling their reservations, as well as late-cancel-missed class fees*.

On Wednesdays at 1:11p Clearing Chakra Meditation will take you on a inner guided journey with reciting mantras and visualizing colors. You're offered to lay down in a restorative pose for most amount of rest and comfort.

On Sundays 3:30p, Restorative Yoga+Reiki Touch meditation is combined with gentle realigning postures and Reiki touch. Class begins with Pranayama, and every pose lasts about 15 minutes, giving you a perfect time slot to meditate, recite offered affirmations, or simply observe on your breathing.

On Mon, Wed and Fri at 7:15a you can join in-studio or Livestream Clearing Meditation - 30-minute morning practice to help you start each day with clarity. Our simple sequence of gentle stretches, breathwork, and guided meditation will cleanse your mind of yesterday, leaving you with the new day's energy to focus, pursue, and accomplish your dreams.

All our Meditation classes above are essential for mental clarity, self-awareness and reducing the dangers of unconscious stress. These classes cover all 7 Limbs of Yoga besides the Asana. - We may raise prices on services and memberships with a 30-day advanced notice.
