Meet Natasha Born and raised in a small town in Belarus, Natasha grew up long before wellness was trendy. Her childhood was filled with farm chores, piano lessons, and endless hours playing outside, roaming the forests surrounding her hometown. She spent summers helping her grandparents harvest strawberries, care for animals, make jams, and concoct herbal remedies.Alongside farm life, Natasha attended a seven-year classical piano program, where she learned patience, discipline, and the art of practicing something long before you're good at it. Her grandparents, both teachers, taught her the values of service, generosity, lifelong learning, and showing up even when the roosters beat you to the alarm clock.After leaving her home country, she found herself living with chronic pain, a deep sense of loneliness, and a lack of purpose. In her pain recovery process, she studied and trained in Bhakti Yoga, Engaged Yin, Pilates, Mindfulness and Breathwork, and graduated from the Spiritual Psychology program at the University of Santa Monica. She started to dream of a supportive community that felt like home. It was through yoga, fitness, and the caring connections that came with it that she began to feel like herself again.
