Whether it’s for your team, friends, or family, you can host an event that helps everyone unwind and release stress, while deepening their connections. It’s time to add wellness into our social life  - YOU can be that conscious leader, a wellness advocate your group deserves.  Let us help you organize a wellness event — because every great experience starts with stress relief and a meaningful shared vision! ​​​​​​

We'd be honored to help you organize a special wellness event: inside Glow, at our smaller, sister-space Tantara SF, or at your location. Glow space is so beautiful with skylights, 20ft ceilings, and can accommodate up to 25 people.

WELLNESS EVENTS IDEAS & RATES:​

  1. Soundbath 'Bliss Brain' - $400/h weekdays, $450 evenings + weekends at Glow ($650 at your location)

  2. Birthday SoundBath Party for kids and adults 7y+  - 2h Event with a custom class - $550

  3. Yin Yoga with Hot Stones, any custom class - $400

  4. Pilates Core Party - $350

  5. Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Kids Yoga - $350/h

  6. Painting Class 🎨 - $600/90min, and $35/pp over 17 people

  7. Restorative Yoga + Massage with 2 teachers - $800/90min

  8. Restorative Yoga + Reiki Touch - $400/90min

  9. Custom Stretches for Stiff Athletes $350/h

  10. Candle-Making Class - $800/90min

  11. Myofascial Tension Rollout with TuneUp Massage Balls - $350/h

  12. Tech Neck Recovery with TuneUp Massage Balls - $350/h

  13. Wine or Sake tasting class with a Somm - $900/h

How to Book:

Chat with us here to pick a date, then submit payment to reserve your date, and enjoy!

Event Availability Inside Glow:

Weekdays 9a-11a, 1:30p-4p, Thursdays 8p-9p, Fridays 6:15p-7:30p, Sat 1p-6p, Sun 12:30p-3p 

​

Bring: yoga mats for yoga classes. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided. Bring nothing for SoundBath and other events.

We do not provide yoga props for events hosted outside Glow. You may bring blankets and throws to lie on, instead of yoga mats. 

Cancellation Policy:  The cancellation/changes window closes 7 days before the event, and after that, there are no refunds, but you can reschedule with an additional fee. To reschedule within the 7 days before the event, please apply an additional $60 payment.

RENT OUR SPACE:

​

1. Glow Studio - accommodates up to 25 people for relaxation and movement events, and 35 people for seating-based talks and meditations. We have a projector for rent if needed. The pricing below is space rental-only. If you're booking an activity with us (any listed above), you don't need to pay for space rental.

Glow Space Availability and Pricing:

Weekdays 10:30a-11:30a, 1p-4p($80/h), 7:45p-9p ($200), Fridays 6:15p-8p ($200)

Sat 1p-7p ($200/h), Sun 12P-3P ($400 3h)  

Need space for regular private clients? Weekday Pack of 4 60min $280 | Weekends 4 60min $400

2. Tantara SF  - a beautiful event space nestled between North Beach & Nob Hill, a more affordable option for smaller groups. Maximum 10 people for relaxation and movement events, and 14 people for seating-based talks and meditations. See TantaraSF Availability, Pricing & Book >​​

Parking: North Beach Garage 735 Vallejo St ($5/h)

Payment is required to book. 

Liability Insurance is required to book any practice-based events. Not needed for talks, social gatherings.

Cancellation Policy:  7 days. For late reschedule, please apply an additional $60 fee > 

Deposit/Cleaning Fee: $100 fee is charged to book any Group Event. It is meant to be refunded. It will NOT be refunded if space/props are left unorganized, or if any waste is left behind. Food/alcohol is not allowed at Glow.

No shoes inside and zero waste left behind.

Refunds: 4% transaction fee will be applied to all refunds. There are no refunds for late cancellations.

3. Enjoy learning about fascinating San Francisco history with free City Guides Walking Tours, with over 30 different tours every weekend

4. Publicly scheduled Yoga, Barre, Painting, or SoundBath classes at your local studio before enjoying a meal

5. Cooking classes found on Cozymeal (we tried a few - so fun!)

6. Kayaking around the Sausalito houseboats with the following lunch. We recommend starting kayaking no later than 9a before the wind picks up at noon
