Most of us know we should stretch. But sometimes your muscles are holding onto stress like it's their full-time job.
 
In our feel-good class you will experience intentional stretching with self-massage techniques using specifically designed TuneUp balls, to help release stubborn tension, improve mobility, and reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia that stretching alone often misses.
 
At Glow, no class is ever the same! Each class can be custom made to cover the common areas of chronic tightness, or we can specifically taylor it to 'Tech Neck' or 'Lower Back'  to bring a variety for repeat sessions. 
 
We will teach you effective techniques to ease tech neck, unwind tight shoulders, soothe an achy back, unlock tight hips, loosen up your stiff hamstrings, and improve the way your body feels throughout the day.
 
You'll leave feeling looser, lighter, and armed with practical techniques you can use at home (or between meetings) to keep aches, stiffness, and tension from making a surprise comeback. No experience required. Tight shoulders, tech neck, desk hips, and overworked humans are all welcome.

hosted at your office in San Francisco - $500/h below 30 people, and $600+ for bigger events
