As we approach the Fall Equinox - a seasonal threshold between light and darkness - make time to pause and reset.
We will begin with a fall-inspired tea, and settle in for relaxation.
Grounding breathwork followed by an immersive landscape of resonant gongs, shimmering crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing vibrations designed to quiet the mind and deeply restore the nervous system. As sound moves through the body, allow yourself to release what feels heavy, reconnect with what nourishes you, and create space for the season ahead.
The Equinox reminds us that balance isn't something we find once and keep - it is something we continually return to. This SoundBath is an invitation to practice Svadhyaya, or self-study, and gently notice: Where am I giving too much? Where do I need more nourishment? What am I ready to let go of?
Sound healing resonates deeply with the mind and body, helping release tension, soften mental chatter, and create the conditions for deep rest. Come ground your energy, reset your nervous system, and welcome the changing season with greater clarity and intention.
Pause. Listen. Release. Return to balance.
Your guide, Maryzelle Yōllōcozcatzin, brings a decade of studied musical artistry and ancestral wisdom into every soundbath. With a BA in Music, & certifications in Reiki, yoga, Indigenous medicines, & curanderismo, she is a multi-instrumentalist and healer rooted in Salvadoran heritage, she blends crystal bowls, SP404 textures, drumming, and indigenous practices to craft transformative, soul-nourishing journeys. In her ceremonies, participants feel held, seen, and energetically restored while exploring the delicate balance of earth, body, and cosmos
