Begin with a relaxing guided meditation, inviting the body, organs, mind, and energy to soften and settle into deep rest. Within that deep rest, we make space to receive the healing sounds of dreamy soundscapes, shimmering crystal bowls, resonant gongs, plant medicine instruments, gentle washes of rainsticks, and other organic sounds.

A continuous blanket of ambient music, subtle digital textures, and vibrational frequencies surrounds you as live healing instruments weave through this cloud of sound, creating space to deeply rest and receive. Ground in the earth while bathing in the expansive glow of the cosmos, and let the interplay of organic and electronic vibrations invite your body, mind, and spirit into stillness.

This immersive experience offers space to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect with your own rhythm. An invitation to unwind, dream, and attune to the natural flow of the universe.

Your guide, Maryzelle Yōllōcozcatzin, brings a decade of studied musical artistry and ancestral wisdom into every soundbath. With a BA in Music, & certifications in Reiki, yoga, Indigenous medicines, & curanderismo, she is a multi-instrumentalist and healer rooted in Salvadoran heritage, she blends crystal bowls, SP404 textures, drumming, and indigenous practices to craft transformative, soul-nourishing journeys. In her ceremonies, participants feel held, seen, and energetically restored while exploring the delicate balance of earth, body, and cosmos
