This month at Glow we explore Dhyana🌳 - The Art of Resting in Awareness.
Many of us spend 24/7 worrying about the future and preparing for the next moment.
The next meeting. The next vacation. The next job, next goal. The next version of ourselves.
But our life’s satisfaction, joy, and sense of purpose - they don’t live in the future.
Through Dhyana, regular practice of meditation, we untangle from the worries, fears, and stories that cause pain, anger, burnout and anxiety. Dhyana invites us to take a break, whether it’s 5-minutes of our day, or one hour of our week, to step out of the constant stream of planning, analyzing, judging, and striving. It is the practice of resting in the presence, even just for a little while, so we can stop chasing life and enjoy experiencing it.

Dhyana SoundBath: The rich vibrations of two featured Grotta Sonora gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Tibetan bowls will create an ocean of sound and take you on an immersive journey designed to quiet mental chatter and invite deep presence. As the sounds ripple through the body, they encourage a gentle release of tension, helping you settle into the spirit of this month’s theme, inviting you to experience the bliss, true depth and beauty of your being here and now.

About our sound meditation facilitator: About our sound meditation facilitator: Natasha graduated from a 7-year classical piano pre-conservatory program and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 14 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow, leading you through a sound journey with instruments following one another, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state. With levels of anxiety, infertility, burnout, insomnia, ADD, depression, and chronic pain on the rise, she hopes this nurturing class can become your regular act of self-care - a way to restore balance, reconnect with the body, and nourish the spirit.
