1548 Stockton Street @ Union San Francisco
Give yourself and your loved ones a special holiday gift of inner peace.
In this beginner-friendly series, we'll explore 4 essential limbs out of 8 limbs of yoga through easy to digest education, guided practices, and practical techniques you can use in everyday life:
Pranayama: Using the breath to support nervous system regulation and mental clarity.
Pratyahara: Turning your attention inward and stepping away from external distractions.
Dharana: Developing concentration and the ability to focus your mind.
Dhyana: Exploring meditation and cultivating sustained awareness.
Meditation isn't about stopping your thoughts. It's about learning how to work with your mind so you can accomplish more with less stress. No previous experience is necessary. Come curious, leave with tools to feel more grounded, focused, and at ease.
While we recommend attending all 4 classes - any one class will help you understand and experience meditation on a deeper level better.
