Learn Archery in 2026? This fall, we invite you to make space for growth, laughter, and meeting new, active friends. Let's celebrate being outside, trying new activities, and spending time with people who also said yes to something a little different. Come solo or bring a friend - you’ll leave with more.
 
Join us for an afternoon of archery, fresh air, and a picnic in one of the most beautiful parks in the city.
We’ll begin with a guided introduction led by a certified archery instructor - learning the basics, trying a few shots, and not taking ourselves too seriously in the process.
 
Archery has this empowering magic to it. You focus, you breathe, you release… and then you either hit the target or absolutely don’t - and somehow both are equally fun. Blankets out, cheese gets passed around, and the afternoon turns into that easy, unhurried kind of hang where conversations flow and new friendships form without trying too hard.
 
The archery field is just a short walk from the beach. We recommend you to enjoy the ocean walk after the class - make it a special San Francisco day to remember! 
 
What to bring:
• Comfortable clothes to move in, a beanie, and layers
• A picnic blanket
• Your favorite cheese and berries to share

Location: Golden Gate Park Archery Range, near 47th Avenue and Fulton Street.
 
 
Instructor Bio: Lauren has been teaching fitness for 9 years and is a Certified Archery Instructor, 500-hour E-RYT, Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist. Her education also includes being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Lauren believes that one of the most important parts of any well-being journey is this: you should enjoy it.
