I know that you wouldn't use Groupon at your local favorite hairdresser more than once, because you understand the unfairness of that kind of revenue share, right? Please apply that principle to your favorite studios too. We open 1-2 spots to ClassPass just for NEW people in the neighborhood to find GLOW and try our comprehensive holistic program. We help people of all ages gain confidence, peace, and graceful power through holistic yoga, mindful strength training,  and recovery self-care. When you join our club, you build a supportive network of like-minded people who uplift you. Our mission is to make workouts so enjoyable that you'll ditch Netflix for Move-Fix, and dedicate a few hours of your week to glow-getting, getting stronger, and being more incredible you. ​​

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR IDEAL ROUTINE

​

A. For Strength and flexibility: book Glow Flow, Barre, Pilates, and KettleBuns classes 2-3 times a week. These 4 classes blend resistance strength training with dynamic stretching.

 

B. For recovery, clearing burnout, tension-pain-inflammation buildup, anxiety, insomnia, or restlessness:  enjoy a monthly Massage with Red Light at our Spa, PLUS our decadent Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin on Fridays 4:30p, and SoundBaths on Thursdays 6:30p, as well as Hatha Yoga, TuneUp Massage, Restore+Reiki, and Meditation classes. See our Recovery, Parasympathetic Rebalancing Program. And, book a regular Facial at our Spa - reward yourself for all your efforts.
