What do I bring/wear to class? ​
Bring a yoga mat to Yoga, Relaxation, TuneUp, Soundbath classes. Buy a toxin-free yoga mat at Glow, $60, or rent for $5.
To Barre/Pilates/KettleBuns classes please wear grippy socks - no yoga mat needed. Pick grippy socks up at Glow >
Arrival: 5 minutes before class to set up - we lock the doors when class begins. Missed reservations
You can cancel reservations according to our cancellation policies 2h before classes, 24 before events
There are no refunds for late cancels and no-shows
