Exercising during and after pregnancy equips you for childbirth and parenthood emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our Pre/Post Natal classes offer an opportunity to tune into your sensations, let go of stress, and connect with your incredible body. With an emphasis on the core and pelvic floor, this class helps you gain the strength, self-awareness, and knowledge needed to move forward with your practice safely and sustainably. A sense of community is essential - connecting with other moms provides a sense of support and can help ground you in your experience.

What to expect: We'll start with 10min guided breathing and meditation to help calm the nervous system and steady the mind. From there, we'll move into a gentle, mindful flow that will echo the threads we explored in the meditation portion.

No Experience is necessary, all levels are welcome.

About the Teacher Ngan: Ngan is a healthy family advocate, an author, and a Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher, Fit for Birth Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Pre & Post Natal Diastasis and Core Consultant. She has gained much insight through her extensive teaching experience working with women and children at the San Francisco Compass Family Shelter and San Francisco's Safe + Sound. She is a new mom and loves to connect and share her wellness journey with other parents. In her previous career, Ngan was a Deloitte tax accountant and deeply understands the dangers of burnout with a lack of selfcare.'I'm a yoga teacher and student of life that teaches things in the most practical way. I strive to share all the things I've learned through the lens of yoga in a way that is applicable to everyday life. I believe you can have it all while being your highest self. A lot of the yoga teachings rarely shine a light on business, normal life, and relationships so I want to connect it all'.
