Over the last 10 months, I've figured out the most joyful and effective home-studio routine. The year's been really tough and the last thing we need is another stressor. My offering is to empower us with fun non-negotiable 21-minute daily care that our mind & body will actually crave. Our body is a gift that we should never take for granted. Chronic pain and diminishing energy are unfortunately inevitable without the mindful tools I’ve dedicated my life’s work to share.
I'll lead a different daily Livestream, alternating my favorite techniques for movement, strength, mobility, mindfulness, plus tension release using foam rollers and therapy balls to make us feel rewarded and cared for. Not only you'll feel much stronger, lighter physically and mentally, but you'll also finally rid of any settled chronic tension.
During the 21 days together, I'll share my finding on how to manage our energy, support our immune system, prevent or rehab chronic pain, reclaim our range of motion, move smarter, and keep our brain healthy. I'll also include some lifehacks to stay on top of our nutrition without spending too much time in the kitchen.
All I want for all of us is graceful pain-free aging, sustainable energy, and a positive mindset to be able to enjoy life no matter what.
Approximate weekly routine:
Mondays 7:30a-7:51a: Standing sequence with energizing breathwork, neck-hands strengthening, back muscles, glutes shoulders, and feet.
Tuesdays 7:30a-7:51a: Floor mat sequence, lung development breathwork, core - back - chest strengthening, arms, glutes, and feet.
Wednesdays 7:30a-7:51a: Standing sequence, energizing breathwork, neck-hands strengthening, arms-shoulders, back muscles, core, and glutes.
Thursdays 7:30a-7:51a: Standing & floor combined core-strengthening sequence, lung development breathwork + Foam-rolling.
Fridays 7:30a-7:51a: Yin Yoga floor sequence with long stretches using a yoga strap and a Foam-roller. Relaxation Breathwork.
Saturdays 8a-8:21a: Energizing breathwork, standing sequence focused on back and core strength, glutes, shoulders, and feet.
Sundays Spa-Days 8a-8:21a: various roll-outs with Therapy Balls and Foam Roller. Relaxation Breathwork.
