With over 13 years of experience observing the thousands of our adorable neighbors' patterns, we realized that 6 monthly yoga classes build the foundation for mobility and well-being. A steady 1-2 classes a week lifelong yoga routine will make you a healthy badass - flexible, strong, and calm like a ninja. HOW TO DESIGN YOUR IDEAL ROUTINE
A. If your goal is to build strength and flexibility: please book Glow Flow, Barre, Mat Pilates, and Strength classes. These 4 classes are focused on resistance strength training blended with dynamic stretching. Our FAQ has a detailed description of every class.
B. To prevent burnout, tension-pain buildup, anxiety, and restlessness: enjoy Glow TuneUp Massage, Soft Flow, Yin Yoga, Restore+Reiki, Meditation, and regular Spa visits. We host decadent Fridays Happy Hour Retreats: Hot Stones Yin + SoundBath Meditation.
A + B = Wellness. Without both, strength, and nurture no healing is possible. We recommend combining both, strengthening AND tension release for the most sustainable and effective weekly self-care routine. Slowing down is your 🪄magic key for recovery.
